Description

For the first time: a glimpse over the border. The first PanoramaKnife that does not show the Swiss Alps but their great continuum across the border.

The blade is made of surgical steel material number 1.4116, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54-55 HRC.
The almost velvety handle is made of walnut wood.
A handcrafted knife.
