Description
When the Native Americans still had vast hunting grounds, they had to depend on sharp knives. We believe that they would have liked our Universal Knives. Their mountain chains suggest something mystical. The new Universal Knife Jackson with its ultra-sharp blade will meet the taste of all inhabitants of the USA. The big steaks send their regards.
The blade is made of surgical steel material number 1.4116, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54-55 HRC.
The almost velvety handle is made of walnut wood.
