Our very first bread knife.
Who does not know the Berner Oberland with it`s tourism tradition below 4000 metres.
The blade is made of surgical steel material number 1.4116, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54-55 HRC.
The almost velvety handle is made of walnut wood.
A handcrafted knife – made in Switzerland.
Please wash by hand!
