Description

The Universal Knife is called Universal Knife because it can be used universally. If it is obnoxious tomato skin, sausages, cheese, smaller loafs of bread or even Mozart Balls: the 9 peaks will cut anything into smaller pieces.

The blade is made of surgical steel material number 1.4116, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54-55 HRC.
The almost velvety handle is made of walnut wood.
A handcrafted knife.
