With our brunch knife, all of these tasks can be handled effortlessly using just one tool. The sharp blade cuts bread and pastries with precision, while the finely shaped tip is ideal for picking up spreads and distributing them cleanly and evenly. A thoughtfully designed knife that perfectly combines functionality and enjoyment.

The blade is made of surgical steel, material number 1.4116, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54–55 HRC.
