This exclusive folding knife KISS is a very special piece of jewellery. In collaboration with ELVETIA, this limited edition was created with a handle made of granite, a rock that forms from molten rock (magma). The granular granite structure is only formed when these melts slowly cool down. This is only possible from a certain depth in the earth’s crust. Most granites are light-coloured rocks. Granites can look very different even if they have the same chemical composition. It is mainly the grain size of the minerals and their colouration that are responsible for the many different variations.

We love mountains – and especially the Swiss mountains. That’s why the entire production process takes place in Switzerland – with respect for nature and using genuine Swiss craftsmanship.

Location: Gotthard Pass, Ticino & Uri. With great care and passion, local spotters search for unique gemstones in the beautiful Swiss mountains. From these, talented artisans craft jewellery & art. All handmade, all made in Switzerland, with great attention to detail, nature and of course the mountains.

On its blade you will find a summary of Switzerland’s most famous mountains and on the inside of the handle the numbering of your knife. Its knotted pendant is made of hemp cord.

With the team from ELVETIA, we were able to produce a total of 40 pieces of this smart folding knife KISS. For people with a passion for the special.

The blade is made of surgical steel material number 1.4116, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54-55 HRC.
