Description

Its favourite ingredients are actually dried meat, bacon and salami. But it is equally at home in vegetarian and vegan kitchens, and cuts everything that you like to eat or process into bite-sized morsels. As a sharp all-rounder, our PanoramaKnife universal knife has developed into an extremely popular kitchen helper.

The blade is made of surgical steel material number 1.4116, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54-55 HRC.
The almost velvety handle is made of walnut wood.
A handcrafted knife – made in Switzerland.
Please wash by hand!
