Description
An old Vals poem says that you have to share everything you can’t get your throat down in one piece. In former times the ancient Valser did this with a Silex stone with the sharpest edge. Today we cut with our mountains and valleys – with the PanoramaKnife “Best of Vals”.
The blade is made of surgical steel material number 1.4116, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54-55 HRC.
The almost velvety handle is made of walnut wood.
A handcrafted knife.
