Ever shared a loaf of bread with the Piz Buin? You will never want to use any other bread knife again. Yes, we are allowed to express some conviction, seeing that we enjoy the brand. But seriously – since the inventors of the PanoramaKnife have decided to change the angle of the grinding by a few degrees, these knives can cope with the toughest of bread crusts.
The blade is made of surgical steel material number 1.4116, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54-55 HRC.
The almost velvety handle is made of walnut wood.
