Description

The mixture makes the difference: the handles are made from North American walnut wood, the steel comes from France or Spain and the craftsmanship is that of knifemakers from one of the most beautiful valleys in Switzerland: the Bregaglia. The sharpest universal knife, ideal for steaks, small breads, vegetables and also annoying tomato skin.

The blade is made of surgical steel material number 1.4116, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54-55 HRC.
The almost velvety handle is made of walnut wood with an engraved maple leaf.
A handcrafted knife – made in Switzerland.
