Description

This knife bears the name of the highest mountain in Alpstein: the Säntis. At 2502 metres, its summit offers a view of six countries: Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein, Italy and France. But it is not only the Säntis that attracts visitors with breathtaking hikes and natural spectacles; other mountains in the Appenzell Alps, for example the Silberplatten, are also popular destinations for sports enthusiasts, bon vivants and families.

The Säntis and the Silberplatten are joined by other well-known mountain peaks in the Appenzell Alps. You will find them as a mountain panorama to cut on this beautiful blade.

By the way, the black blade not only looks beautiful, it is coated with carbon. “DLC” stands for “diamond-like-carbon”. This is a diamond-like carbon that is particularly robust and scratch-resistant. So thanks to its texture, the mountain glides effortlessly through all kinds of bread, plait or cakes.
