Description
The mountain of all mountains. At least for the people in the east of Switzerland. Our inspiration for the PanoramaKnife still is, and will remain, the Säntis. From which one can see hundreds of peaks of the Alps.
The blade is made of surgical steel material number 1.4116, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54-55 HRC.
The almost velvety handle is made of walnut wood.
A handcrafted knife.
