Like every PanoramaKnife, this chef’s knife is handcrafted in our workshop in the Grisons Alps – with great attention to detail, premium materials, and true Swiss precision.

The 21 cm blade is made of high-quality surgical steel (1.4116 / AISI 440A, 54–55 HRC), with a handle crafted from elegant walnut wood. A knife that combines functionality, design, and alpine soul.
