Description
Probably the sharpest thing Zwingli-Town Zurich has to offer. The knife is made from stainless blade steel 42 (Molybdane/Vanadium), hardness Rockwell C, the handle is walnut wood. Please wash by hand and wipe with edible oil from time to time.
The blade is made of surgical steel material number 1.4116, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54-55 HRC.
The almost velvety handle is made of walnut wood.
