Like all our knives, this chef’s knife is handcrafted in our workshop in the Grisons Alps – with great attention to detail, high-quality materials, and true Swiss precision. The 24 cm surgical-steel blade and walnut handle ensure perfect balance and effortless cutting in everyday use.
