Description

The inhabitants of the Alps and its near by areas have a special relationship with their peaks and panoramas. The same applies to the french and the tourists of the Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes region. Across the Alps the tradition of very crusty, even hard bread can be found. To share, one needs a sharp knife. Here we go! A handcrafted knife, made in Switzerland.

The blade is made of surgical steel material number 1.4116, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54-55 HRC. The almost velvety handle is made of walnut wood.

Please wash by hand!
