Handcrafted with care, the Bernese Oberland Universal Knife cuts vegetables, fruit, cheese and smaller pieces of meat cleanly and effortlessly. Its 15 cm blade features the Alpine panorama from the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau to the Balmhorn – a little piece of the Bernese Oberland for your kitchen.

The blade is made of surgical steel material number 1.4116, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54-55 HRC. The almost velvety handle is made of walnut wood.
