The special feature: this time, the mountain panorama does not form the blade’s edge, but rests on the blade itself – as a fine, elegant laser engraving that catches the eye with its simplicity and sophistication.

Like every PanoramaKnife, the new Chef’s Knife is handcrafted in our workshop in the Grisons Alps, with great attention to detail, premium materials and true Swiss precision.

The 21 cm blade is made of surgical steel (1.4116 / AISI 440A, 54–55 HRC), and the handle of fine walnut wood. A knife that perfectly combines functionality, design and the spirit of the Alps.
