We have developed this bread knife for you so that you will remember your time in this wonderful holiday region for a long time to come.

The blade is made of surgical steel material number 1.4116, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54-55 HRC.
The almost velvety handle is made of walnut wood.
A handcrafted knife – made in Switzerland.
