No matter which type of cheese you prefer, with our cheese knife you can cut hard, semi-hard and soft cheeses effortlessly.

The blade is made of surgical steel material number 1.4116, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54-55 HRC. The handle is made of walnut wood.
